New External Transfer Switch for MultiPlus-II: cost savings and faster installation

Victron Energy announces the new external transfer switch for the MultiPlus-II. This innovative feature enhances the versatility, cost savings, and reliability of generator-based systems, especially for larger installations starting from 60 kVA.

• Flexible Installation: MultiPlus units and batteries can be placed up to 20 meters from the main distribution board.
• No Bypass Switch Needed: Simplifies the installation for generator-based systems.

Compatible with MultiPlus-II models starting from 5000 VA and requires Venus OS v3.33 and VE.Bus firmware v551-S99. There is one approved contactor Schneider LC1G3304 TeSys Giga, 4 pole (4NO), AC-1 <=440V 440A.
