New 12.8V Lithium battery with Bluetooth feature from Victron Energy

Victron Energy has launched 5 new Lithium-iron-phosphate batteries with a nominal voltage of 12.8V on the market, the LiFePO4 Battery Smart.

The main characteristics are:

• Integrated active cell balancing and cell monitoring
• Can be connected in series / parallel (4 in series and up to 10 in parallel)
• Cell voltage, temperature and alarm status are checked through Bluetooth
• 70% of weight and space savings.
• 2500 cycles with DoD of 80% and 5000 cycles with DoD of 50%
