ESS tip at start-up system with Pylontech batteries

Lithium batteries are transported at 50% load in accordance with ADR rules. When X number of pylontech modules are connected this may lead to a minor imbalance. 

To avoid this carry out the following steps with every new installation:

• Select Remote Console via the VRM portal 
• Under device list select ‘Settings’
• Select ‘ESS’
• Select ‘Mode’
• Select ‘Keep batteries charged’  
• After 24 hrs select ‘Optimised (without battery life)’: the system now returns to ESS mode
