Distribution panel for Ex-zones
Ysebaert has an extensive range of empty enclosures that we can equip with terminals, circuit breakers, residual current devices, contactors, switches, control components, and cable glands at you request. The internal wiring of the distribution panel must always be installed by Ysebaert NV. All panels comply with the ATEX directive. We build them in a pure Ex d or combined Ex d e version. Ex t (= dust) is also possible. When using metallic glands on a plastic enclosure, we earth them using an internal brass earthing plate.

Certification of distribution boards/panel boards
- DEKRA15ATEX0080 (= Ex d e solution)
- DEKRA15ATEX0080 EC declaration
- INERIS22ATEX0032X (= Ex d IIB and Ex d IIB + H2 solution)

- INERIS22ATEX0033X CE declaration
If you choose the Ex d solution, standard industrial components can be built in. It should be noted that Ex d enclosures are suitable for gas group IIB(+H2) using a flange with bolts as a flame path while Ex d enclosures suitable for gas group IIC have a screw cover. If you choose the Ex d e solution, all the internal components must each have their own ‘component certificate’. An added advantage of this Ex d e solution is the possibility of external operation of circuit breakers and residual current devices (hinged windows).
