Motor circuit breakers are used to secure (thermally and magnetically) explosionproof motors against overload, short-circuits and phase loss. The characteristics are: the forced opening of the main contacts, the padlock bracket for 3 padlocks and the clear indication of the position of the switch. The enclosures are made of glass-fibre reinforced polyester and are thus suited for applications under aggressive and heavy-duty conditions.
