Lubricated Exd Housing Flanges

Until recently, our assembled Exd cabinets were supplied with lubricated flanges and threads.

This can pose problems upon opening, especially when dealing with large housings. After all, due to the lubricant and the tightening of the lid bolts, the lid closes so tightly that opening the cabinet may become more difficult.

As a result, we now only lubricate the threads of the lid bolts and any cable glands/plugs.
The flanges will not be lubricated and we will supply a small 12g tube of SUPERLUBE with every housing.

This will ensure that the cabinet can be opened without any problems when installed on site.
After connecting, you can simply apply the lubricant from the small tube onto the flange.

We also sell the SUPERLUBE in 85g tubes, which can easily be added to the standard equipment.
